We take great pride in offering a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience through Sofuren-yaki, the original dish created by our predecessors.
This vision has been embraced and spread by many customers over the years.
Going forward, we will bring together the legacy of those who came before us and the collective strength of the Sofuren Group, striving ever harder to bring joy to even more customers—and to ensure that this, in turn, contributes to the vitality of our communities and the happiness of our employees.
